6.4.3 Candle Assembly. The term "candle assembly" shall mean the component
depicted on Drawing 2127821.
6.4.4 Fuze. The term "fuze" shall mean the Fuze, Flare Mk 364 Mod 0, PL
2127860.

6.4.5 Primer. The term "primer" shall mean the Primer, M42G MIL-P-20444.
6.4.6 Detonator. The term "detonator" shall mean the Detonator Mk 59 Mod 0
MIL-D-18665.
6.5 Conflicting requirements. Conflicting requirements arising between this
specification and any specification, publication or drawing listed herein shall be refer-
red in writing to the procuring agency for clarification.

6.6 Safety precautions. The safety precautions specified in MIL-STD-1314 shall
be observed during loading, assembly, testing and handling operations. The use of
this standard shall not be construed as to relieve the contractor or manufacturer of
responsibility y for the safety of his operations. The observation of these safety pre-
cautions is mandatory at government plants.

6.7 Supersession data. The margins of this specification are marked with an as-
terisk to indicate where changes (additions, modifications, corrections, deletions) from
the previous issue were made. This was done as a convenience only and the Govern-
ment assumes no liability whatsoever for any inaccuracies in these notations. Bidders
and contractors are cautioned to evaluate the requirements of this document based on
the entire content irrespective of the marginal notations and relationship to the last
previous issue.
